Outstanding ergonomics

The whole machine is equipped with a fingertip control system as standard. It features two-level adjustable handrails up, down, forward and backward, allowing for the acquisition of the operating position and effectively reducing the driver's fatigue intensity.

The driver's dashboard can be moved to the top of the head and can be seen when looking up. The key selection function is convenient to operate.

The centralized operation handrail integrates functions such as emergency power-off, horn, and four-joint thumb switch. It is connected to the electrical control through CAN bus, ensuring good reliability.

An enlarged brake pedal and appropriate regenerative braking function can effectively reduce the driver's fatigue intensity.

Easy to operate and maintain performance

The fully sealed machine cover encloses all important components such as the electrical control system within the counterweight, ensuring dust and water resistance.

The walking motor is IP54 grade, dust-proof and water-proof, and highly reliable.

The waterproof rating of the entire machine is IPX3.

The battery pack can be conveniently disassembled by manual or electric trolley, facilitating maintenance and repair.

The hood opening Angle is large (with self-locking air spring), which is convenient for maintenance and battery replacement.

"Advanced nature

The high-frequency MOSFET integrated controller ensures smooth and precise walking and lifting control, excellent speed regulation performance, and good motor and electronic control matching performance. It features regenerative braking, reverse braking, anti-slip and other functions, ensuring safety and reliability.

It adopts an 18.5Kw ultra-high power AC stepping motor with a bridge structure in the middle.

It adopts a 25.4Kw ultra-high power AC oil pump motor. The system is highly efficient and has comprehensive protection functions. It is equipped with a speed sensor and a temperature sensor, which greatly enhances its reliability and lifespan.

Integral wet brake bridge frame, standard wet braking, the braking system is maintenance-free for life.

The noise level is as low as 73dBA.

The rear axle is equipped with a flexible suspension system, effectively filtering out road noise and enhancing the driver's comfort.

"Safety

The standard configuration comes with a descent lock function. When the driver leaves the seat, the descent function can be cut off to ensure high safety.

The seats are equipped with Grammer MSG65 seats, featuring functions such as locking gears, forward and backward gear shifting, lifting, forward and backward tilting, and side shifting.

The handbrake is equipped with an alarm buzzer to alert the driver to pull the handbrake tightly after leaving the vehicle.

There are three sets of horn positions, located respectively on the driver's steering wheel, the thumb switch handrail and the reversing handrail, to warn the surrounding people and protect their safety.

The PIN code password lock enters the system. The administrator supports an optional 99 sets of passwords to ensure high vehicle security and prevent unauthorized personnel from starting the vehicle.

Main accessories

The main electrical components such as the motor controller, contactor, power plug, emergency power-off switch, instrument panel and accelerator all adopt products of internationally renowned brands.

The emergency power-off switch is a standard configuration and complies with European regulations.

Comfort

When turning, due to the low center of gravity of the entire vehicle and good stability, the driver feels comfortable.

The small-diameter steering wheel has an adjustable tilt Angle and is designed according to ergonomics to provide a good driving experience. The seat can be adjusted forward and backward within a range of 210mm, allowing the operator to select the driving position.

The intelligent sensing of the descent buffer automatically reduces the descent speed when the fork is 100-60mm above the ground, preventing the goods and pallets from hitting the ground and effectively protecting the goods and the ground.

The wide-field-of-view antenna pole with an optimized design is less likely to block the operator's line of sight. The opening size of the fork frame has been increased, providing a wide field of vision.

The new large-screen LED instrument features excellent visibility, intuitive readings and a friendly human-machine interaction interface.
