Due to the influence of environmental protection requirements and labor costs, the products of electric forklift manufacturers are now widely used in many industrial plants. Electric forklifts are environmentally friendly and pollution-free. It generates little noise during operation, which is beneficial to the physical and mental health of the operator. They have indeed played a significant role in enhancing the operational efficiency of factories and eliminating the accumulation of goods.
After an electric forklift has been in use for a period of time, necessary inspection and maintenance are very important for improving its performance and prolonging its service life. But what puzzles many users is:
What are the maintenance methods for electric forklifts? What are the daily maintenance and care tips for electric forklifts?
The surface of the forklift should be kept clean and free of debris to prevent debris from entering the interior of the forklift and causing blockages to its components. During the use of forklifts, regular cleaning should be carried out to keep them clean. The dirt and soil on the forklift must be thoroughly cleaned, especially the important parts such as the fork frame and mast slider, generator and starter, battery electrodes, radiator and air filter.
2. Regularly check the tightness of all components, especially the main ones, such as the support of the fork frame, the tensioning screws of the lifting chain, the wheel screws, the wheel fixing pins, the brake, the steering gear screws, etc.
3. Check whether all components of the electric forklift are in good condition, whether there is any wear on the appearance of the forklift, and how high its working efficiency is.
4. The battery is an important component of the electric forklift. When charging an electric forklift, good ventilation should be maintained and charging should be avoided in areas with strong ventilation. When charging, the temperature of the electrolyte should be below 50 degrees to prevent the electrolyte from overflowing.

5. Check if the machine is rusty. If so, please apply oil and clean it in time.
6. Check whether there are green oxides at the electrode connection points. If so, it may lead to insufficient power supply to the generator and even cause the battery to be scrapped. It must be removed in time.
7. Due to the invasion of wind and sand and the influence of car washing, the guide rail door shaft is prone to rust, and abnormal noises will be produced when opening and closing. When this situation occurs, anti-rust oil needs to be applied to it regularly.
8. Check if there are any foreign objects inside the tires. If so, you can use compressed air to blow away the dust.
9. Regularly inspect the condition of the electric forklift chassis for any deformation, oil leakage or other issues.
